Heavenly Hues Wool Studio is carrying on the work of Textile Reproductions in bringing you the same high quality plant dyed yarns and felts that you have come to expect. They will be working with the former owners on dying to assure the consistency and beauty of the products. In her letter to their dealers the new owner, Julie O'Conner emphasizes her commitment to sustainability in the production of the products by:
- purchasing felt from a locally owned and operated manufacturer
- using only natural dye extracts primarily from Earthues, which "is committed to fair trade, non-toxic and culturally sensitive colors and dyes"
- re-using packing materials where possible
