Earthsong Orchard Farm

We have had our Babydoll Southdown fleeces washed and and carded into roving. They are free of burrs and stickers, but may have small bits of hay chaff. Our flock is multicolored with fleeces ranging from natural white to very dark brown. Babydoll fleeces are soft, very fine, and springy with a lot of crimp and are ideal for blending with mohair, alpaca, angora, and many other fibers. They also make fine & lofty quilt batts.

Earthsong Orchard Farm is our new companion website that focuses on our homestead farming work. We raise Old English Babydoll Southdown Sheep and offer both lambs and fleeces for sale. The site is full of pictures and descriptions about the animals, the orchard, and many other aspects of homestead life.
