Therefore, we want to know when a product does not arrive in good condition or fails to function as it should. If there is a problem contact us using our return authorization form or by calling us directly. Often we can correct the problem by providing you with more information on its setup and use. Sometimes it will need to be replaced. And sometime a refund will be in order. Whatever the case, contact us using the form below. Merchandise returned without contacting us first will be charged a 10% restocking fee. A restocking fee may also apply to large yarn orders that exceed the normal levels of our inventory. All returns must be made within 30 days.
